Electric heat takes many days to heat the pool. Gas heat is what we recommend for pools in the midwest.
*Salt system sold separately
We install both systems but recommend using a salt water system. A salt water system costs approximately $25 per month (or less depending upon use) whereas a chemical system can average over $120 per month. A salt system will pay for itself in 2 years, greatly redusces the cost of chemicals and is gentle on the eyes, skin and poll equipment.
We ONLY install vinyl liner inground pools in southeast Michigan and northeast Ohio.
The area we serve is subject to a high water table and multiple bouts of freezing and thawing. This environment can cause a fiberglass pool to disengage or “pop out” of the ground. Concrete pools are subject to cracking and leaks. Whereas a heavy gauge vinyl liner typically lasts 15 to 20 years and the replacement is less costly.
