Craig & Becky Poupard
Founders
Meet Craig and Becky Poupard–the visionary founders of Perfect 10 Pools, Inc. In 1994, they stepped out in faith to start a brand–new venture, conquering fears with determination and trust in God. Their commitment to quality and efficiency quickly earned the company a respected name in the community.
Known for his work ethic, humor, and wit, Craig keeps everyone on their toes, while Becky’s giving heart and unwavering will define the company’s spirit. Over 30 years later, their passion and partnership continue to shine through every pool they build.
Ed Marroquin III
Vice President
Meet Eduard Marroquin III. He married his high school sweetheart, Amber, in 2003, and together they’re blessed with six amazing kids. His journey with Perfect 10 Pools started back when he was 16, igniting his passion for building dream pools that bring people closer.
After earning a bachelor's in business administration, he managed a family business in Chicago before switching gears to church ministry–leading marketing, serving as a Campus Pastor, and overseeing multiple campuses. Today, he’s back at Perfect 10 Pools in an executive role, focusing on marketing, production, and organization.
His heart is all about helping families create spaces where they can refresh, renew, and reconnect for generations to come.
Ed Marroquin Jr.
Managing Member
Meet Ed Marroquin Jr.–a family man at heart who is part of a household of 13 and worked his way from general laborer to successful business owner. He married his high school sweetheart, Rebecca, and they have been married for over 46 years.
Over the decades, he’s developed a proprietary process and proven his knack for numbers and analytics, all while crediting his faith in Christ for every achievement. Beyond the boardroom, he’s an incredible grill master, quick with a joke, and dedicated to building meaningful relationships. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on the golf course or making memories with his grandkids and family. Today, Ed is part of the Perfect 10 Pools executive team, helping the company expand and thrive with his trademark dedication and drive.
