After earning a bachelor’s in Business Administration, he managed a family business in Chicago before switching gears to church ministry—leading marketing, serving as a Campus Pastor, and overseeing multiple campuses. Today, he’s back at Perfect 10 Pools in an executive role, focusing on marketing, production, and organization.

His heart is all about helping families create spaces where they can refresh, renew, and reconnect for generations to come.

Ed Marroquin Jr.

Managing Member

Over the decades, he’s developed proprietary processes and proven his knack for numbers and analytics, all while crediting his faith in Christ for every achievement. Beyond the boardroom, he’s an incredible grill master, quick with a joke, and dedicated to building meaningful relationships. When he’s not working, you’ll find him on the golf course or making memories with his grandkids and family. Today, Ed is part of the Perfect 10 Pools executive team, helping the company expand and thrive with his trademark dedication and drive.

Our Story

Founded in 1994 by Craig and Becky Poupard, our family-owned business grew from a simple idea sparked during a church service. After that, Craig acquired training and hands-on experience in pool construction, and has turned Perfect 10 Pools into one of the region’s fastest growing pool companies.

From day one, the mission was clear: create pools that bring families together. Today, that mission remains the same, with a team that treats every pool as if it were their own.
